How to Order 

In case you haven't done this before, here's how it works at Tall Timber Cattle Co.

1. Decide how much meat you want. A side is about 225 lbs, a quarter is about 100 lbs.

2. Contact us to see what's available.

3. Place a deposit of $100.  If needed, reserve your freezer space now.

4. Receive notice that your order is ready for pick up

5. Come out to the ranch, enjoy some fresh air and collect your beef. Delivery can also be arranged.
